Last updated: September 2026

Oasis Signal ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing, web and AI agency based in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the choices you have. By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, book a consultation, apply for a role or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, an indication of budget, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view and how long you stay. This is collected through server logs and analytics tools and is used in aggregated form.

Information from clients. If you become a client, we may also hold business contact details, billing information, and access to the marketing, advertising, analytics and website accounts you authorise us to work in. We only access what is needed to deliver the agreed work.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries and schedule calls; to prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for; to send invoices and manage our relationship with you; to improve this website and understand how visitors use it; to comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations; and, where you have agreed to it, to send you occasional updates about our services and insights. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website uses essential cookies needed for it to function, and may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand traffic and improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We may also use advertising pixels from platforms such as Google and Meta to measure the performance of our own marketing. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

4. Who we share information with

We share personal information only where necessary to run our business and deliver our services, with service providers who process it on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. These include website hosting and email providers, customer relationship management and project management tools, accounting and invoicing software, and, for clients, the advertising, analytics and marketing platforms used in your campaigns. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and follow up, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. Client data is kept for the duration of our engagement and for the period afterwards required by UAE commercial and tax law, typically up to five years. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

6. Where your data is stored and how we protect it

Our website and the tools we use are hosted by reputable providers whose servers may be located inside or outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with this policy. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, if you are in the UK or EU, under the GDPR. These include the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@oasissignal.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Marketing communications

If you have enquired with us or are a client, we may contact you about our services, insights or offers we think are relevant. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly, and we will stop.

9. Links to other websites

This website may link to third-party websites, platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

10. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
