Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and, together with any signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement, to the services provided by Oasis Signal ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement takes priority for that engagement.
1. Use of this website
This website is provided to give information about Oasis Signal and our services. You may browse it and use it to contact us. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written permission, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.
2. Enquiries, proposals and quotes
Content on this website, including pricing guidance in our articles, is for general information only and does not constitute an offer. Proposals and quotes we send you are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information you give us. If the scope changes, the price and timeline may change with it, and we will tell you before proceeding.
3. Engaging our services
A working relationship begins when you accept a proposal, sign a statement of work or service agreement, or confirm in writing that you would like us to start. That document sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and any specific terms for the engagement. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work is typically invoiced in stages, with a deposit before work begins. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Advertising spend on platforms such as Google and Meta is paid by you directly to the platform, or reimbursed at cost, and is separate from our fees. If an invoice is overdue we may pause work until it is settled, and we reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a reasonable commercial rate.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver the work, we rely on you to provide timely access to the accounts, systems, content, brand assets and approvals we need; to make sure any material you give us is accurate, lawful and yours to use; to review and respond to our requests within a reasonable time; and to comply with the terms of any third-party platforms we use on your behalf. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect timelines, and we are not responsible for the consequences of those delays.
6. Third-party platforms and accounts
Much of our work runs on platforms owned by others, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, hosting providers, content management systems and AI tools. Advertising accounts, analytics properties, domains and social profiles are set up in your name and remain yours; we work in them as an authorised user. We do not control those platforms, their policies, pricing, approval processes or algorithms, and we are not liable for changes, outages, suspensions or decisions they make.
7. Results
We are measured on results and we report on them honestly, but no agency can guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, platform changes, your budget, your website and your sales process. Figures shown on this website, including case studies and statistics, are illustrative or based on past work and should not be taken as a promise of results for your business.
8. Intellectual property
Once you have paid for the work in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you: websites, designs, copy, campaigns, reports and custom code, unless the agreement says otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, know-how and any general-purpose components, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party assets such as stock imagery, fonts, plugins and software are subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may refer to you as a client and show the work we did for you in our portfolio and marketing.
9. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and not disclose it to anyone except employees, contractors and advisers who need it and are bound by similar obligations. This does not apply to information that is already public, that was known before it was disclosed, or that must be disclosed by law.
10. Cancellation and termination
Retainers can be ended by either party with 30 days' written notice unless the agreement sets a different notice period or minimum term. Projects can be cancelled in writing; you will be invoiced for work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date, and deposits are non-refundable. Either party may terminate immediately if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being told about it. On termination we will hand over the accounts, deliverables and assets you have paid for and remove our access.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for losses arising from third-party platforms, your own systems, or information you have provided. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Third-party links and content
This website may contain links to other websites and content owned by third parties. We are not responsible for them, do not endorse them, and use of them is at your own risk.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute arises we will first try to resolve it in good faith between us; failing that, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes apply to new engagements from the date they are posted and do not alter the terms of any agreement already signed.
16. Contact
