How Much Does a Website Cost in Dubai in 2026?

A professional business website in Dubai costs between AED 8,000 and AED 60,000 in 2026, depending on page count, custom functionality and whether content is produced for you. E-commerce starts around AED 25,000 and rises quickly. Landing pages sit at AED 3,000 to 8,000.

Below roughly AED 5,000 you are buying a template with your logo placed on it, which is occasionally the right answer and usually not.

Realistic price bands

Landing page: AED 3,000 to 8,000. Single page, one conversion goal. Ideal for campaign traffic.

Small business site: AED 8,000 to 20,000. Five to ten pages, custom design, mobile-first, basic SEO foundations, contact forms.

Marketing site: AED 20,000 to 45,000. Twelve to thirty pages, custom design system, CMS training, content strategy, performance optimisation, analytics.

E-commerce: AED 25,000 to 80,000+. Product architecture, payment gateway integration, shipping logic, inventory sync. UAE payment gateway integration is more involved than most clients expect.

Custom platform: AED 60,000 upward. Bespoke functionality, user accounts, integrations.

What actually drives the price

Content. If you supply finished copy and images, costs drop substantially. Most clients do not, and content production becomes a third of the project.

Custom design versus template. Templates are cheaper and constrain you later. Custom costs more and is yours.

Integrations. CRM, payment, booking, ERP. Each one adds real engineering time.

Bilingual. Arabic doubles the content requirement and adds right-to-left design work. Budget 40 to 60 percent more.

Performance. Building for genuine Core Web Vitals compliance takes deliberate effort. Many cheap builds fail it, which then costs you in rankings.

Where cheap builds cost more later

The AED 4,000 website is usually a page-builder template stuffed with plugins. It typically loads slowly, fails Core Web Vitals, has no meaningful SEO structure and cannot be extended.

We rebuild these regularly. The rebuild plus the lost time usually exceeds what a proper build would have cost initially.

Questions to ask any web agency

  • Do I own the code and hosting, or is it locked to your platform?
  • What Core Web Vitals scores will you deliver, and will you guarantee them?
  • Is SEO structure included, or is it an add-on?
  • Who writes the content?
  • What happens if I want to leave in a year?

That last question is revealing. Some Dubai agencies build on proprietary systems specifically to make leaving difficult.

Ongoing costs to budget

Hosting AED 500 to 3,000 annually. Domain AED 50 to 200. Maintenance and updates AED 500 to 2,500 monthly if you want someone accountable for security and performance.
